To all:
I have purchased two rotors from Peter (W2HP) over the past several years. I recently had an issue with a Tail twister that i did not purchase from him but from a private party. It was a minor problem, the nylon race that holds the ball baring's had disintegrated. I called Peter, and he spent a great deal of time helping me with checking to see what model I had, and the condition of all the other parts. Then he shipped me a new set of the nylon race holders and some special lubrication for the rotor.
If you want an expert who knows Hi-Gain rotors forward and backward, there is no better person to work with than Peter W2HP. He is a tremendous resource to the ham community, and he is very generous with his time and expertise. And if you want a used rotor that will be as good or better than new, he is the person you should contact. He truly makes used rotors better than new. I will never go anywhere else. His repair and reconditioning service is the best, and his prices are by far, the most reasonable. I don't know how he can even afford to do all the work for the prices he charges. Please, if you need a rotor, use him. And please, if you do, take good care of him. (pay him well) He is such a valuable resource to our ham community.
