Sacmmer posing as AF1F, Francis Souza with money sent to Bonnie Graveley

This seemed like an obvious scam but I wanted to confirm:
Scammer provided a single pic that was traced to the Japanese Yahoo Action site (attached)
Scammer was unable to provide any additional pictures or answer any questions.
The scammer responds from af1f.souza73@gmail.com and requests money be sent via PayPal to Bonnie Graveley at bonnieg5626@icloud.comListing Number: 1691794
