Beware KF7KUJ Ryan Ledesma contacted me after I listed an add here interested in an item. He said he had the item and quoted an amount including shipping. I sent a reply that I would take it for that amount. A week after sending payment and requesting a shipping date with three emails, he responds that he needs $100 more for shipping. I responded that I would half the shipping after he sent me a copy of what it would cost to ship, I also reminded him that he said the fist price included shipping. But I offered to split the cost. He responded no he needed the $100. I replied no just send me the funds back the deal was off. He responded that he would not refund. IT IS UNKNOWN IF THE CALL IS THE REAL PERSON OR NOT. The call is listed in QRZ as

Like I say this may not be the person who has the call as it is listed in the data base with that name and address. It may have just been used to contact me to scam me. I know there is alot of scammers out there, live and learn. Never been scammed by another ham before, and maybe not still.
