Scammer posing as Jeff Kiss non ham.

For reports of scammers using other people's callsigns. Remember that any callsigns listed in this forum are likely innocent bystanders (subjects of identity theft) and, thus, are probably not guilty of anything. For bad transactions with verified ham operators, use the Feedback Forum instead.

Scammer posing as Jeff Kiss non ham.

Scammer contacted as Jeff Kiss, no call sign. Wanted to purchase a signal generator. Said he sent money to Paypal, then get an email from what looks like PayPal but stated account was limited, click here to access. Obviously a scam, did not click or respond, blocked his email address. Just FYI.
