New buying criteria
From some recent posts in the feedback forum it looks like we're going to have to be better informed about the sellers we do business with. It seems that we now need to have home and work telephone numbers, verification of employment, to make sure the seller isn't about to be hospitalized and has no relatives who are about to die, that no other family emergencies are imminent, and that the seller knows how to pack properly. I am trying to be a bit funny here but with money, distance, and strangers involved on both ends of a transaction there is some potential for trouble. To all the above maybe just maybe we should run a TRW report and background checks on the prospective seller as well.
