Common Courtesy

I can't help myself from expressing my opinion.
In the past few weeks I have expressed an interest in several items advertised on QTH Classifieds. These were all postings where trades were possible. I like many other hams try not to spend money if possible. So I made an offer to these fine folks wanting to part with a rig.
I guess I should have used some mouth wash before offering, because I didn't even get a courtesy email back saying, "no thanks".
Come on guys, we all have the time to simply say, not interested, being rude does nothing for our airways.
