Im about to install a 706. Im expecting to have engine noise problems. Does anyone have suggestions?
I am going to use a ah-4 with a hamstick. Has anyone used the Icom antenna?
9/23/07 I have been using the 706 in my 99 Plymouth, noise has been very minimal. I have been using a 20 meter hustler kilowatt antenna, most of the sideband portion is useable without a antenna tuner.
