QTH.COM Swap Chat

Anyone done the mod for the 60 meter band? I saw the mod instructions on QRZ.com but there was a letter from Yaesu requesting them to remove from site, that it will damage the radio if done. Sent Yaesu tech department an email 2 weeks ago asking for information on how to do it the correct way, no reply. Also, I am not sure if my radio has a TXCO-7 or just the Ref Osc Unit.

Well, no help from Yaesu...sent them an email 2 monts ago, did not bother to even reply, but I did the mod anyway and it's working FB. Bill
