I bought a SLA battery charger from them thru Ebay and they shipped me a battery instead of a charger.

I emailed them 5 times and no answers.

I finally got them on the phone and was passed around from person to person and was finally told to ship it back and if it checked out ok and was still in saleable condition they would refund my money and then I could buy a charger.

These people are clueless. I paid for the charger and shipping, they screw up, want me to pay shipping back to them and then reorder and pay shipping again.

Not gona happen, I am buying else where......

First some guy named Larry ... Then Curly ... Then Shemp ... Then Moe and after that I said forget it ... hung up and ordered somewhere else.

It was like I was dealing with the 3 stooges or something. Never again.

Check out their Ebay feedback. 418 Neg and 468 Neutrals. Several were for shipping the wrong products.

hi not trying to be smart a#% but if you saw they had 418 negtives why did you buy from them in the first place ?????

Sun battery co has exchanged the product at their expense. I am now satisifed.
