Steve, W4XQ, Rose to the Challenge

I had placed an ad asking for anyone that had a small audio amplifier with a reasonable cost. I was trying to help a hearing impaired ham improve his quality of life as well as his enjoyment of ham radio.
Steve seen my posting, not only did he have an amplifier that would help, but he Donated It, and even paid the shipping costs.
In the old days this kind of help was second nature, it occurred on a regular basis nearly every day. Today, that doesn't happen as much, or if it does, no one knows about it.
I want to publicly thank Steve for his generous gift, and acknowledge that caring hams are still among us.
