I noticed one ham stating that he got a life membership several years ago, and he recently noticed the mailing lable states that his membership expires in 2099? That must be a conservative estimate because surely the guy is not likely to reach that year !

Is the life membership indeed good for anyone's life time (till death do you depart)?

I have been a Life Member since it was first offered. I believe in 1966 or about. It is indeed for life. In my case, it has been a bargain!
