Yaesu FT-736R only 10 watts out 144mhz band, HELP?

Hi all, maybe someone has had this problem and can help: I have an FT-736R, it only puts out 10 watts max on 144-148mhz. It puts out full power on 430mhz (about 28 watts). Receive is fine, just low output on 144mhz band. Alignment seems fine. Any help out there?
