I'm looking for a reference guide to decode emission type designations like "16K0F3E" and "7K02F1B". I tried the FCC regulations but I can't find the correct section.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

16k0f3e is an analog modulation standard governed by:
TIA/EIA 603-C--- Land Mobile FM or PM Communications Equipment Measurement and Performance Standards

I found an explanation of all of the emission type codes. It was under I.T.U. not under FCC where I was looking.
