2 METER & 70 CM SSB

I put my multi-mode xcvr on the air and I'm interested in trying USB on 2 meters and 70 CM. I want to operate on the correct frequencies; the League's band plans aren't too clear about this.

What are the SSB calling frequencies for each of these bands?

What band segments are allocated to sideband operations on 2 meters and 70 cm?
