I sold Greg Potter, KB3FWI, a 3-1000Z, in March. Once I received his personal check I shipped the tube to him. Subsequently, his check was returned by the bank for non-sufficient funds. I have received one e-mail in the meantime that he was trying to raise the money to make good his purchase. That was three months ago, in June.
He no longer answers my e-mail or phone messages. if there is some sort of personal or family emergency I would like to hear about it, or an explanation as to why he has not contacted me. I want him to either sent a cashiers check for the tube, shipping, and returned check costs ($240), or return the tube.
