This is a partial list of the HAM equipment belonging to my father, Ed Stephenson (AB4S), who is deceased. He left these items to me, and I need to sell them. I don't know what they are worth so, if people would be willing to help me determine their selling value (if any), I would really appreciate it. Thank you very much.

Hello, K9XR -

- Thank you very much for the possible price ranges. I really appreciate it. I don't know how to determine if the Jupiter has the built-in mic tuner. Trying to read about that, now. The PSU-6 is the power supply for the 103 (I'm discovering from researching the equipment on the internet). I'm also finding that I need to go back to Dad's house and look for original boxes and try to identify power cables for these items.

I'm very thankful for your help and I hope you are doing well.

Elizabeth

The Astro 103 if it is in working condition should be worth around $300.00.. The Cubic Spkr and Pwr supply i'm pretty sure go with the Astro, if so the set both the Astro and the cubic i've seen go as high as $450.00. This is assuming all is in excellent working condition as there both cosmectically very nice.

Hello, Larry/K0PD -

- Thank you! I'm going to Dad's house tomorrow to see if I can find the original boxes, power cables, manuals, etc. Dad kept ALL of that kind of thing and it's certainly just a matter of finding them. I have 3,000+ keys to sort through and many, many HAM related items - just trying to organize everything without knowing what I'm doing. He kept everything in top shape and anything that broke, he repaired. I also have many boxes of tubes and all kinds of electronic supplies that I don't know about. Guess I just need to take the camera and hope nice folks will tell us what we have.

Since I don't know how to test to see if any of these items even power up, do you have advice for how I should test them? I'm thinking I should just write to our local ARRL chapters and ask if I may bring them the gear, so they can test everything. Does that sound like the proper way to go?

Thank you for your help - I'm very lost and I know my Dad wanted to make sure that his equipment was going to people who would use it - not just collect it - and love it. It was his favorite part of his life.

Hope you are well, sir.

Elizabeth (Daughter of AB4S)
